BELL has the required Equipments like HDD, Moling etc. with manpower who are highly skilled and trained to quickly take on and carry out the installation activities like duct laying, cable pulling, splicing, In-building, fibre testing etc. BELL has dedicated teams for Liasoning & ROW Management with Government bodies & any other authorities. BELL has In house GIS & Auto CAD Teams to generate the required  technical reports such as Fibre Test reports and “As-built” drawings which are essential not only for the installation phase but for the operation and maintenance phase also.


In short we have the capability to meet all the requirements of our customers for getting their total solutions in the fibre connectivity networks.

We delivery the Customer requirement with the Last mile being executed to any said locations within the stipulated time as desired by the Customer.

We have also got a fully equipped  “Operation and Maintenance” system in place which provides for complete patrolling of the total cable network to keep a vigil  on the digging activities along the cable routes to take protective action and prevent damages in the Cable.  We have the capability to deploy operation teams to rush to the location of the seat of faults immediately after localization and carry out the restoration in the shortest duration possible to keep the MTTR (SLA) at the lowest level for our customers.  We have suitable restoration mechanisms for providing temporary relief and later the permanent solution to the complete satisfaction and happiness of our customers.  The fault booking and restoration activities are fully streamlined with excellent instrumentation and documentation arrangements with the result that a history sheet could be maintained in respect of all the links in the network.

BELL has deployed dedicated  Customer care team which is operational 24  / 7 equipped with fully trained Manpower responsive with regard to Technical and customer front fault analysis and report generation as per the agreed SLA (service level agreement) and MTTR (Mean Time to Rectify).

BELL hass introduced O&M escalation Matrix. Response to the Network Break down is structured and update on the instance till the Network being restored  is updated in every 30 minutes feedback by the means of SMS and followed with RCA ( Root cause Analysis) generated on the Japanese concept of “5 W’s and 1 H” refer with regular Log Sheet on Docket number management which is delivered through electronic mail.

The Docket numbers issued are client specific and are recorded for periodic review and MIS.
